The room you will stay in
This is a renovated 100-year-old townhouse located along Momenkaido Road, and is available for rent as a whole for couples and families to spend their time comfortably.
The bedroom has two semi-double size beds. We can accommodate up to 6 people by adding futons, but in order to ensure a relaxing stay, we generally accept reservations for up to 4 people. Please contact us if you are staying for 5 or more people.
The first floor has a kitchen, counter, living room, washroom, toilet, and bath.
The second floor is the living room and bedroom
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, IH cooking heater, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, tableware, frying pan, two-handed pot, clay pot, etc., so you can cook your own breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket (Lapita Hirata store) 7 minutes walk away.

For adults (high school students and above),
・Up to 2 people Weekdays 10,000 yen per person (excluding tax) Weekends 11,000 yen per person (excluding tax) (day of the week and seasonal variations)
・From the third person onward, an additional fee of 8,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged per person. (Subject to day of the week and seasonal variations)
For children (0 years old to junior high school students),
・Children who do not require bedding are free of charge
・Children who require additional bedding will be charged an additional fee of 3,000 yen (excluding tax) per child. (Please enter the required number in the paid option "Children's bedding set".)
・If you would like waterproof sheets for your child who is concerned about bedwetting, we will prepare them for an additional charge of 500 yen. (Please enter the required number in the paid option "Waterproof sheets for bed".)
・Semi-self breakfast 1000 yen/person...Please select from the plan selection on the reservation page.
Rice (we will prepare it in the morning so that you can press the rice cooker switch and cook it, so please enjoy freshly cooked rice.) ・Miso soup with clams (we will warm it up in the morning, add miso, and bring it to you, so it is homemade) Please enjoy the aroma of miso.)
We will prepare delicious rice accompaniments such as simmered dishes and pickles in the refrigerator in the kitchen, so please enjoy them slowly.
Note: We regret that we cannot provide breakfast for guests staying on Tuesdays or during the year-end and New Year holidays.

・Please be sure to contact us if your check-in is after 17:00.
・Please be quiet after 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Please smoke on the balcony.
